Rachel Davies' one day Agile Retrospectives workshop will teach you the foundations of retrospective facilitation with implementation tips and practical exercises so you can try out the techniques yourself. A retrospective is a meeting held at the end of a development iteration or project milestone to help the team identify ways to improve their team effectiveness.

The workshop covers how to plan a retrospective, how to run a retrospective and how to integrate retrospectives into agile development lifecycles.

COURSE PREREQUISITES
This Agile Retrospectives workshop assumes that you have some experience of the agile software development lifecycle, so it does not include a general introduction to agile principles and practices. However, the foundation of this training is an introduction to general principles of meeting facilitation that apply to all meetings used in the agile lifecycle so benefits are not restricted to retrospectives.

COURSE LABS & EXERCISES
This Agile Retrospectives workshop will have some presentations interweaved with practical exercises so that all participants have a chance to practice the facilitation techniques as they are explained.
