Writing software that matters: BDD and specification by example is a one day workshop that will teach you about behaviour-driven development and specification by example. This workshop is a unique opportunity to learn about these two key emerging software development practices straight from the horse’s mouth. The workshop has been developed and will be delivered jointly by Dan North, the inventor of BDD, and Gojko Adzic, author of Bridging the communication Gap.
LEARN HOW TO:
During the workshop, Dan and Gojko will firstly introduce the key aspects of BDD and specification by example.
They will then conduct a series of interactive exercises with delegates to help them understand how to apply these techniques to real software projects.

It will also be very interesting for people wanting to learn how specifications and requirements fit into in agile processes and how TDD extends to business goals and features.
COURSE PREREQUISITES
The workshop will be very practical with exercises in Java, some basic knowledge of Java will be very beneficial.
