The first half of this Agile Acceptance testing course is aimed at anyone involved in software projects, including business analysts, QA engineers and developers. The initial presentation, featuring an overview of practices, will also be beneficial to project managers.
The second half of this Agile Acceptance Testing course is aimed at developers and focuses on implementation issues with FitNesse, an opensource tool for agile acceptance testing.
COURSE PREREQUISITES
Experience working as part of a software project team.
COURSE LABS & EXERCISES
During the courses, we use FitNesse to manage acceptance tests. The courses can be presented to Java or .NET teams and focused on Java or .NET versions of FIT/FitNesse. With open enrolment courses, we will choose between Java or .NET depending on the preference of the majority of course participants: however, delegates from the 'other environment' will still be able to understand and work on exercises and benefit from the course.
