For this games night we are running "The Ball Flow Game". The Ball Flow Game is a variation on the well known Ball Point Game, commonly used in Scrum training. Taking a System Thinking approach the game gets you to work as a team, to self organise and adapt in order to improve your effectiveness at the game. We will provide some rules and variations to keep your brains working.
Games nights are fun and highly educational and give you a real sense of understanding of the principles and practices of Kanban and System thinking.
Everyone is welcome, no matter what role or level of experience you have. There will be an opportunity to talk more in about what we learnt in the Hat and Feathers pub afterwards (corner of Goswell Rd and Clerkenwell Rd)
