To stay competitive in the ever-changing global business environment and especially within our knowledge-based economies, businesses have to continually focus on developing their employees' knowledge. We need to deliver high performance i.e. setting the right targets to achieve our goals, and getting things done.
This becomes even more important during unstable economic times when businesses are looking to gain ground wherever they can.
We specifically asked this year’s speakers to focus on delivering methodological approaches or technical knowledge that you can put into practice in your daily work. After each conference seminar we will offer a 'chalk-talk' so you can go into further detail on the subject with the session speaker.
