Skills Matter is pleased to support CodeKen 2012 - a two day conference for developers with a passion for new technology taking place in London from 6-7th November 2012!

We bring together an eclectic range of talks covering new technologies, languages and techniques. Our goal is to inspire developers and celebrate software development. The conference will be single track over two days, so you won't miss a thing!

SPEAKERS
We had a great line up at CodeKen 2011 and we're on the lookout for some more exceptional speakers this year!

The call for speakers is now open and the subjects being looked for are as follows:

• Coding / design practices
• Mobile
• HTML5 / Responsive Design
• Large scale systems
• Education
• Research related talks
• Functional programming
• NOSQL / Big Data
• Experience reports

The key to getting a talk accepted accepted is to make it as practical as possible. Slides have their place, but there's nothing like showing some code, or even breaking out some well rehearsed live coding. Call for speakers closes on July 20th so submit your paper here now.

SCHEDULE
CodeKen 2012 will run over the 6th and 7th November 2012. The scheduled will be published on 17th Aug 2012.

Registration is open! If you are one of the people that got on the super early bird list, you should have received details of how to access those tickets. If not, you can get your ticket below, or try and find someone who has access to the super early bird tickets!

Ticket prices are as follows:
Early Bird – book by 31st Aug.....................£199.00
Regular – book by 16th Oct..........................£249.00
Last minute – book by 5th Nov.....................£299.00
