Android tablets have arrived and according to manufacturers they are here to stay. Although Android does a great job in ensuring that your apps function on tablets without extra work. To not take advantage of this extra screen real estate and power, however, would be a real shame.

Let's get together and talk about the new issues, and more importantly new prospects, that come with this territory.

Android is in dire need of great design patterns and creative design. As developers we need to think outside of the mobile phone box we have become comfortable with.
