LONDON RUBY USER GROUP : MAY MEETING ON CAPRICA & MONKEYWEAVING
Join us for the next London Ruby User Group meeting on Monday, 12th May 2008 at Skills Matter, London.
Tom Armitage and Tim Becker will each be giving a talk (see below) and off course we'll go to the pub afterwards to follow up the talks with a drink or two at The Crown Tavern. If you don't think you'll make it for the talks we're usually in the pub from about 8:00pm, so come along and don't miss out on the fun.
TOM ARMITAGE: SETTLING NEW CAPRICA: GETTING YOUR PET PROJECT OFF THE GROUND
TIM BECKER: MONKEYWEAVING: LIVE NATIVE MONKEYPATCHING
Tim Becker's talk has to do with meta and metameta and self-referentially and monkey-patching (all the stuff that Ruby programmers like but are bored to death of seeing presentations about)... but with a twist!
