LONDON SCALA USERS' GROUP : HOW WE (MOSTLY) MOVED FROM JAVA TO SCALA
guardian.co.uk is largely a Java development shop. We implemented our
new Content API ( http://content.guardianapis.com) as our first project
in Scala, starting at the beginning of 2010. Graham Tackley will talk about how we
managed the transition and how we learnt scala as a team, with lots of
practical examples and code samples.
