Progressive F# Tutorials 2012
Skills Matter really enjoyed a great 2 days with the amazing F# community, learning and sharing skills on F# programming. The Tutorials were held on in London over the 1st and 2nd November and you can find the SkillsCast video recordings (film, code, slides) of each talk and tutorial by clicking on the various talks below. The Progressive F# Tutorials brought together the leading experts in F# to deliver a range of talks, 4 hour intensive hands-on tutorials and discussions.

Robert PickeringRobert Pickering: In this tutorial you will work with Undertone to create music programmatically in F#. You will first learn how to create and visualise individual notes, learning how different shape waves make different sounds and how sound effects like overdrive can be simulated. You’ll then go on to see how notes can be sequenced to make tunes and get the chance to make up their own riffs.
