companies to implement and deepen Agile methods, and specialises in
aligning company strategy to products and processes. He has written many
journal articles, is an experienced conference presenter, and wrote the
book 'Changing Software Development, Learning to be Agile'. His new
book Business Patterns for Software Developers was published earlier this
year.
