Allan Kelly spent 10 years as a software engineer building software and leading teams before moving into the management. He has held several management positions and now helps companies adopt Agile Software Development techniques.
Allan is the author of “Changing Software Development: Learning to be Agile” published by John Wiley, he holds BSc degree in computing, an MBA in management and is PRINCE 2 Practitioner certified.
