Rachel Davies
Rachel provides consultancy and coaches teams in agile software development.
Rachel has been applying agile approaches since 2000 and has experience of a range of agile methods including XP, SCRUM, Lean and DSDM. Rachel has authored several Agile and Scrum related courses and regularly teaches at Skills Matter.
Rachel is a well-known presenter at and organizer of industry conferences and a long serving director of non-profit Agile Alliance.
Rachel has worked with many well-known companies; to assess their agility and make recommendations to improve their software development process.
In the last year, she has worked with agile teams at BBC, CODA, eBay, Lloyds TSB, Nationwide, Nokia Siemens Networks, Orange, and Screwfix.
Antony Marcano
Antony Marcano has 13 years of industry experience, originally specialising in software testing, the last 8 of which as a practitioner on Agile projects. Now, more often as a coach and trainer, Antony helps teams evolve their skills and abilities to attain the benefits offered by agile practices. Antony’s specialities include User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development and Test Driven Development. Antony is also creator and curator of testingReflections.com, one of the most influential agile testing sites on the Internet for developers and testers, and is a Technical Editor for Better Software magazine.
