About Dan North
Dan is a principal consultant with ThoughtWorks, where he writes software and coaches teams in agile and lean methods. He believes in putting people first and writing simple, pragmatic software. He believes that most problems that teams face are about communication, and all the others are too. This is why he puts so much emphasis on "getting the words right", and why he is so passionate about behaviour-driven development, communication and how people learn. He has been working in the IT industry since he graduated in 1991, and he occasionally blogs at dannorth.net.

Gojko Adzic runs Neuri Ltd, a UK-based consultancy that helps companies build better software by introducing agile practices and tools and improving communication between software teams,stakeholders and
clients. His programming story so far includes equity and energy trading, mobile positioning, e-commerce, betting and gaming and complex configuration management. During the last few years, Gojko has played a key role in building web sites and trading engines for some of the world's largest bookmakers.
Gojko is the author of more than 200 articles about programming, operating systems, Internet and new technologies published in various online and print magazines, and has recently published his latest book, Bridging the Communication Gap.
Since September 2006, he has been posting his opinions, reviews and guidelines for software development on The Quest for Better Software.
