He managed the design, build, and testing of enterprise applications for blue-chip companies from utilities to banks, then helped grow his current company, youDevise, from a tiny consulting group to a 60-person software firm dominating two different markets in financial services, with fortnightly software updates, an extremely low rate of revenue-affecting bugs (under 10 per year), very high uptime, and a very low employee attrition rate.
