About Simon Baker

Simon Baker is co-founder of Energized Work, a digital product development company based in London. He started using Extreme Programming in 1999. Over the last 4 years he’s taken Lean and Systems Thinking into ‘The Business’ to help them profit from Agile software development.
His focus has been to ‘dissolve’ traditional IT and implant rapid and responsive iterative product delivery into day-to-day business operations to alllow market assumptions, feature ideas and financial models to be continually tested with users using working software.
Simon Baker is a 2009 recipient of the Agile Alliance Gordon Pask Award.
