About Jonathan Harley
|
|
Jonathan Harley is a well-known Java, JSF, Spring and Ajax expert and has as been involved in web software development, both client and server side, since installing Birmingham University's first official web server in 1994.
His first Java applet went into production in 1997 and after spells working with PHP and as a project manager, Jonathan moved into larger scale Java development on the server side in 2001. He co-founded ZP consultancy in 1999 and has worked via ZP as a consultant, architect, developer, mentor and trainer full-time since 2006.
Jonathan has been an IT professional for his entire career of over 20 years and has had a personal email address continuously since 1986! He holds a BSc in Software Engineering, and a PhD in Computing Science specialising in parallel programming, as well as having trained in a range of areas from SAP BASIS to PRINCE2 project management.
