Humphrey is an experienced software architect specializing in the Java and JEE platforms, with industry experience spanning the energy and chemical trading, property, financial systems and leisure and travel industry verticals. A regularly published author on Java technology, he has led the development of over forty Enterprise Java software projects in the US and Europe, focusing on the pragmatic application of technology to solve the key business problem for the client.
Humphrey was a beta tester for the original SCEA exam in 2000 and has also been an exam assessor since that date. He holds a B.Sc. (first class honors) and M.Sc. in Computer Science from University College Dublin, Ireland.
