About Julio Guijarro

Julio Guijarro is an expert in configuration, deployment and management of distributed systems, areas where he has been focused during last few
years. He also has a very strong background in Telecom systems. Julio is one of the main architects of SmartFrog, leads its open source
project and manages a team of engineers in Bangalore. Julio is also interested in how to test large distributed systems, the use of
configuration management in consumer setups and in general large scale
automation challenges. Julio has been working on integrating OSGi-based
classloading with the SmartFrog deployment infrastructure, which helps
address many of the versioning and classloading problems which
long-lived distributed Java applications encounter.In his spare time, he
is studying for an MBA at London Business School.
