About Alan Cassar

Alan Cassar was recruited and trained by Ross Mason (founder, Mule project) to work as an engineer 2006. He worked with the core team developing and maintaining the core Mule codebase and also provided support services to SymphonySoft customers.
When Ross formed MuleSource Inc. later in 2006 Alan joined Ricston Ltd. and now provides professional services for Mule to various corporate and government customers in addition to working on the development of the official training materials for Mule.
Alan also works with Diego Torres Milano, a noted member of the Android developer community developing and delivering Android training. Alan is heavily involved in private projects for companies to enable them to personalize Android for their specific needs; Alan is also a certified LifeRay engineer.
