About Marc Hofer

Marc Hofer is a Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks. Over the past 10 years he has worked as a developer, business analyst and project manager on a wide variety of projects covering an in-train customer information system, trading systems and a custom built business process automation system.
His current job lets him work on things like Continuous Delivery, A/B Testing and develop his ideas on 'Lean Startups'. He knows there is more to a modern Software Project than just writing code so you will find Marc asking questions with five Whys, considering the value in what he does and constantly trying to improve how he works and how things work around him.
At the end of the day he is just trying to get stuff done and sometimes struggles to know what to try next when he keeps finding more new and cool things.
