ROLE
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this position offers the opportunity to gain a vast amount of experience in an interesting and rewarding role.

This position offers plenty of variety, as you will be responsible for tasks ranging from welcoming reception to our course delegates, providing refreshments, setting up class rooms, installing delegate laptops, podcasting, producing Statements of Work, Logistics guides and contracts (all from template), to liaising with our customers and technology experts.

You will need to have excellent computer skills, particularly with (MS Office or Open Office) databases, presentations, spreadsheets and text editors, as well as a focus on providing high quality customer service and a friendly and helpful, 'can-do' attitude.

It is also essential you have a good command of the English language, both oral and written. Danish, Polish, Norwegian or Swedish language skills are a plus.

Experience of working in a small, busy office environment is desirable.
