JSF Central is the leading community for managers, architects, and developers working with JavaServer Faces (JSF) technology. JSF is a standard framework for building web applications in Java; it was originally released by the Java Community Process as Java Specification Request (JSR) 127.
Their mission is to serve as a vendor-neutral advocate of JavaServer Faces technology, and be the central hub that fuels the growth of the community. They are the definitive source of products that facilitate JSF development -- everything from Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) to user interface components.
The site was founded in 2003 by Kito D. Mann, a well-known industry expert and author of JavaServer Faces in Action and of Skills Matter's Core JSF course is a member of the JSP and JSF expert groups.
