The role of the BA is often misunderstood by Agile teams and few Agile methods have much to say about the BA role. Yet ensuring business needs are understood and met is essential.

In this session Allan Kelly will examine the role of BA and Product Owner in Agile teams and during the transition to Agile development. Using examples and research the session will look at: where the BA fits in; the challenges for a BA in an Agile team; when the BA should take a back-seat and how less can lead to more business value.
