Beyond delivery: delight.
Using agile principles IT organisations can be more responsive to their business needs, focussing upon delivering working software at quickly as possible. However they often fail to incorporate the end customer- the user- into the product development process. Incrementally delivering functionality without a coherent vision or understanding of the real needs of the user can risk in IT delivering something that is neither useful, usable or engaging for the people who it is ultimately built for. This presentation will introduce how applying Agile Experience Design throughout the product development lifecycle ensures that we rapidly deliver a superior product - targeted at the right customers and with a compelling customer experience.
