Many people working in Agile teams just buckle down to their tasks at hand and have little time (or inclination?) to consider the bigger questions about the world of work, eg where and how Agile fits in the broader enterprise landscape, and so on.

In this Limited WIP Society session, Bob Marshall will explore the implications of this lack of engagement with the Big-Picture stuff, and offer some ways forward, including a tour of the design principles which underpinned Familiar - UK's first 100% Agile software house.
