Huddle
At this event, around 10 Tech Companies will pitch their coding projects in a series of 3-minute lightning sessions to software developers looking for interesting, agile projects using progressive technologies.
Huddle is the leader in enterprise cloud collaboration and content management. Using Huddle, you can securely manage projects, share files and collaborate with people across the firewall. Founded in 2006, the company is one of the global successes of the London start-up scene. Huddle has been voted the UK’s number one start-up and according to Startups.co.uk, the organisation is “one of the most successful tech companies to come out of the UK in years.
Huddle is a Microsoft shop, writing code in C#, but is not wedded to the Microsoft stack. The team uses many open source projects and the development team contributes back to those communities. Huddle values software craftsmanship. They do TDD properly and automate all regression testing with browser-based and API tests. Additionally, Huddle is fanatical about doing REST properly and encourage developers to build on top of our APIs. Valued skills include: C#, .NET, MVC, TDD, NHibernate, REST, Scrum, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, test automation, iOS, OS X, C++, objetive-c, android.
Huddle are looking to recruit Backend and UI Developers of all levels, as well as Test Engineers who can code, to work on exciting features across the Huddle product suite - the web application, mobile apps and desktop apps.
