Riak on Drugs (and the other way around)

In this talk, Jørn Larsen describes the meandering path of the old school Danish medicine card - how it's been digitalized, stored on a SQL server and later how the migration from a SQL server to a Riak clustered server has been implemented.

This presentation of a use case answers questions such as:

What has to be taken into consideration when building a decentralized architecture?
What are the challenges?
What are the lessons learned?
