Design Patterns for AJAX
In this session, Dave Crane presented how to apply design patterns within the browser code. Dave also explained how to measure and tune the HTTP traffic from your Ajax application and provided a good understanding of the broader implications of Ajax on your web application architecture. The talk ended with a demonstration of how AJAX plays with a number of types of server-side stacks. Download the slides here

ABOUT DAVE CRANE

Dave Crane has been working with the internet since the early 1990's and has experience of Perl, Java, Jini, JEE, Python and Ruby and, of course, Javascript. He has written extensively about Ajax and pattern languages for the client-side.
