Enable your Web Application with DWR
DWR makes it easy to add Ajax features to any existing application by allowing Javascript and Java to interact in a simple way, and by helping you manipulate web pages with server-side data. During this talk Joe created some dynamic web-based applications and demonstrated how easy it is to Ajax enable any application. We looked at how DWR integrates with a number of open source Ajax frameworks like Scriptaculous, TIBCO GI and the OpenAjax Hub, and at and play a multi-player game, written with DWR. Joe also introduced some of the security and accessibility aspects of Ajax programming.
