In this session, we get first hand knowledge on how the Adobe user experience (UX) teams approach the creation of innovative Rich Internet Applications built in Flex and AIR? How UX team ensure that the solutions they design take into account not only the customer’s business requirements but, crucially, the needs of the end-user?
With more greater detail, George Neill discusses the workflows, essential UX design principles and tools used by Adobe Professional Services consultants in the definition of enterprise-strength software: from gathering insight into the problem domain, understanding user needs, capturing business requirements and creating wireframes, visual designs and interactive prototypes, to how UX and development teams can work closely together to ensure successful delivery of a solution.
