Chris presents SaaS, an amendment that’s been introduced to the Digital Economy Bill by the House of Lords.
SaaS is centred on the Digital Economy Bill, aka Analogue Content Distribution Cartel (ACDC) Protection Bill, specifically amendment 120, which stipulates ISPs to block websites hosting copyright infringing content.
