Setting up a single virtual oder dedicated server is easy but what to do when more and more people bring in more and more load?
In this talk we will have a look at how to build a cluster to run a rails application. We'll have a look at some very important factors to be taken into account such as which kind of datacenter to choose, load balancing, database replication, storage, backups and how to organize monitoring.
We'll have a look at the process of building such a cluster and will see that with a little bit of preliminary work there is not too much work to be done.
