The talk will contrast some of the differences found between Scrum and Kanban, "sticking points" the team had with Scrum, and how Kanban helped alleviate them:
- How Work In Progress limits helped focus the team on outcomes instead of tasks, thus increasing productivity.
- How WIP's increased transparency for stakeholders.
- How "Just In Time planning" resulted in more accurate planning while requiring less time from the team to plan.
- How Kanban overall resulted in less "waste".
