Reading the MAGS: Understanding the Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Salesforce platforms
In this talk, Robert Schneider, author of Service Testing with soapUI, from WiseClouds will give a technical overview of the various offerings from the four major Cloud Computing infrastructure vendors and discuss their core philosophies, strengths, and weaknesses.

Selecting a platform for infrastructure and/or application development can be daunting: there are many choices, and each vendor has taken a different approach to solving challenges such as elasticity, computation, storage, reliability, and security. To make matters even more confusing, these offerings are continually changing.

Come and learn about the similarities and differences among these technologies, how they’re evolving, as well as present a series of criteria that can be employed to make the optimal choice.
