In this session Peter Elst will talk about Flash, where Flash has come from, how Flash is moving forwards to open source and standards. He will also show and talk about ECMAScript/ActionScript and tools like Flash, Flex, AIR and Flash Lite for mobile development.
He will show what ActionScript 3.0 is capable of and how you can take advantage of it in your web projects. ActionScript has evolved spectacularly. Based on the ECMAScript standard, version 3.0 of the language is now able to do things never thought possible on the web. Peter explains!

Especially when it comes to its scripting language ActionScript things have evolved spectacularly.
