JAX London 2010: Immo Hüneke on Agile Rebooted
Agile Rebooted
Thankfully, the talk about the “death of Agile” that was fashionable in 2009 has largely died down. Because in spite of the chatter, the past year yielded a lot of evidence that agile really works – provided it is applied in the right way to the right problems. We’ll examine a few case studies, including a so-called “boot camp” conducted for a major international financial institution, through which a multidisciplinary team learned and began to apply a Scrum-like development lifecycle. How was the exercise structured and what did the team members gain from it? How successful is this model?
