In The Brain of Elizabeth Keogh: BDD: A Lean Toolkit
BDD: A Lean Toolkit
BDD is strongly aligned with Lean principles. It's a pull-based approach to delivering software that matters, which minimises rework
and over-delivery, bakes quality in, and is based on respect for people and the language that we use to collaborate and communicate.
In this talk we look at BDD as a Lean toolkit, how to use BDD in
conjunction with other Lean tools like Kanban and Value Stream
Mapping, BDD anti-patterns, and some pragmatic tips for making BDD
flow
