Chris Carter-Lightning Talk on Using Homura and Net Homura
Homura according to Chris Carter is an open source collaboration Liverpool John Moores University games lab and the BBC research and development to provide a set of tools to facilitate games development using java and open GL, Homura builds upon jME scenegraph engine API, to provide a simple and consistent method of producing high quality, 3D games and virtual environments.

Net Homura uses PHP 5 and mysql to provide a template generation, rendering, validation and static helpers for base data types and support for creation for a 3tier framework. It is also used to facilitate the deployment of Homura web based game using java web starts and applets.
