JAX London 2010: Jamie Allsop on Effective use of Agile-Trac for distributed Agile Projects
Effective use of Agile-Trac for distributed Agile Projects
There are many tools available to help with agile development. Agile-Trac (http://www.agile-trac.org) is a free and open-source extension to the popular trac open source project management tool. Unlike other open-source offerings Agile-Trac aims to offer a complete solution for supporting agile projects. Though still in its infancy agile-trac tries hard to support the fundamentals of agile development and is an ideal tool to use for teams new to agile. Like all tools though a better understanding of the intent behind them can lead to more effective use. This talk aims to provide a coherent introduction on best to leverage agile-trac’s capabilities for both co-located and distributed development.
