GMock
Julien Gagnet started by introducing GMock, which he explained as a mocking framework for Groovy used for unit tests which focuses simplicity, readability, conciseness and the use of DSL (domain specific language).
He continued by enlightening his audience about what unit testing is, pointing out reasons why test driven development is important using Mocking frameworks.
Julien Gagnet demonstrates in this presentation, Simple Cache and Grails TagLib Test using GMock, and exhibits some code snippets showing how GMock is used for Method Mocking, Partial Mocking, Property Mocking, Exception Mocking, Time Matching, Constructor Matching.
