Andrew Chalkley gives an overview in to the history of the evolution of web development and the importance of unobtrusive JavaScript. He introduces jQuery and the reasons why it solves the problems web developers are facing today in creating rich and accessible web pages. There is a short demonstration on the ease and power of jQuery.
