Lift (http://liftweb.net/ ) is an open source framework for writing web applications in Scala. London Scala User Group member Richard Dallaway talked about his experience using the Lift framework, with the aim of giving you an idea of what the Lift framework is about, and how you can get started with it.

Yesterday (March 8th 2010), we received an email from Slideshare, informing us that they had announced Colin Howe's talk on Rewriting Java Classes in Scala as one of the most talked about Slideshare presentations on Twitter #scalasm and as such, a link to Colin's slides was featured on their homepage!
