Open sourcing your internal software can bring major financial, cultural and organisational benefits to your product/organisation. This talk will cover what type of projects are appropriate to open source and how to manage the open sourcing process.
Martijn Verburg has been heavily involved in open source communities for the past 10 years and advises organisations on how to improve their software projects using practical ideas from the open source and software craftsmanship worlds.
