Agile Specifications, BDD and Testing eXchange: Elizabeth Keogh on Fractal BDD

Fractal BDD
In this talk, co-authored with Eric Willeke, Liz will explore how the higher-level principles behind BDD work consistently at every scale, from analysis through to code and deployment. She introduces the fractal BDD tree, the feedback loops within it, and the stakeholders involved at each granularity. By mapping the concept of "Plan, Do, Check, Act" to each step of the tree we see the same cycle of model, implement, test and increment, with the same problems. We talk about some principles which help to solve those problems, and resurrect the V-model in its latest Lean incarnation.

Liz Keogh currently works as an independent Agile Coach and trainer based in London. She is a well-known blogger and international speaker, a core member of the BDD community and a contributor to a number of open-source projects including JBehave.
