NETBEANS PLATFORM - NO SLIDES, JUST CODE!
The NetBeans Platform is the only framework for modular desktop application development in Java that uses Swing and OSGi. PowerPoint presentations can give you a conceptual overview, but they won't give you a feeling for how an application will look, how much code is required to build a GUI, or the workflow for creating and deploying applications. Only a concrete project and live code can. In this talk we'll explain the main concepts on the fly, while applying them. We'll build an application, test it and deploy it. Questions will be answered with code.
