FullStackHack is a weekend-long hackathon for attendees of FullStack 2015. If you look forward to discovering lots of new ideas and technologies at the conference and you would like to get stuck into working with these straight away, join some of the most talented coders and experts at the FullStackHack to create something amazing.

Come along to have some fun experimenting with the latest fullstack technologies, get your hands dirty coding on some pretty cool IoT hardware and gadgets, and have a chance to win some of the awesome prizes awarded by our FullStackHack Challengers and Supporters.

What? When?

October 30th, starts at 9am - finishes at 10pm

9:00-10:00 Welcome & Refreshments

10:00-11:00 We'll kick off with presentations where each of you can propose challenges for this year's FullStackHack

12:30-13:30 Hacking in teams

13:30-14:30 Lunch

14:30-18:00 Pizza & Drinks

18:00-22:00 Hacking in teams

October 31st, starts at 7am - finishes at 1pm

We normally present each project at around 11am on Sunday. And you will be both judges and presenters. The reward is just to have some good fun!


This year’s FullStackHack will be hosted at CodeNode, Skills Matter's new community venue, which features plenty of spaces to collaborate and work on projects. CodeNode features fast and reliable WIFI, all spaces come with plenty of sockets, whiteboards.

CodeNode's 9 metre long 'spacebar' will water and feed you throughout the 2 days and night.

FullStackHack is organised as part of Skills Matter's annual HackWeekend, which will also host a DroidconHack, Gamecraft and some other hack events. These are all very popular hackathons and places are limited, so if you would like to come along, please register as soon as possible!

In August 2015, Skills Matter opened the doors to CodeNode, our new 23,000 sqft Tech Events and Community venue. CodeNode provides fantastic meetup, conference, training and collaboration spaces with unrivalled technology capabilities for our tech, digital and developer communities - a long held dream coming true !
