Digital Leadership Meetup is targeted at IT Leaders aiming to "upgrade" their organisation and their management in line with new technologies and new approaches to deliver IT. The meet-up is also aimed at practitioners of Lean and Agile and will open discussions on how a combined approach can accelerate progress towards agility.
Digital Leadership Meetup aims to explain the concepts of Lean and their applicability to IT as well as the connections to Agile. Discussions will centre around implementation approaches and how Lean and Agile can be combined to speed up transformation.
