Alex Jonsson is co-founder and VP Community of Evothings, an open-source based software development company.

Dr Jonsson's research focus lies on mobile systems for information sharing, with studies at the Learning Lab at Stanford University, Palo Alto, and received a Doctor's degree at Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm (2001). Alex Jonsson formerly held a position as associate professor at the department for Computer Science at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and at Gjovik University College, Norway.
