Alina is the Head of UX Research and UX Analytics at Allegro - one of the largest E-Commerce players in CEE. She has a background in Psychology, graduated MBA program, and for the past decade, she has worked in the field of Technology. At Allegro, Alina leads and grows a team that works on a wide variety of products and services to drive impact and build the most memorable experiences for customers. Prior to this, her attention was on leading design projects for top brands in Poland as a Cognitive researcher. Her keen interests are Decision making, New research methods, and quantifying everything.
