Beth is a behavioural scientist whose work focuses on cognitive bias and its effects on diversity and inclusion within a human rights perspective. Previously she has worked as a community engagement officer at the Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland where she developed their Unconscious Bias training package and delivered training and consulting services. Currently she is working for State Government as behavioural economics lead where she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in finding strategies to improve behavioural outcomes between the government and the public.
